Bhimgaja
Description
Bhimgaja a monolithic pillar 40 m with two faced God at the top and a small temple infront of it. an inscription engraved on it records the Rastrakuta King. It also states that the King Prabala built a temple of Vishnu nearby which takes resemblance with image of Garuda on the doorway of the close by temple sheltering a Sivalinga inside. It is dated to AD 861.
