Procedure for acquiring filming license at any of the centrally protected monument under the Bhopal Circle

For getting a license of shooting a film at any of the centrally protected monument under the Bhopal circle, one can apply by filling the information in Form No. IX (at least 3 months before the proposed date of shooting) along with the following documents :-

License fee Rs.100000/- per day per monument (for World Heritage Monuments) in form of Demand.Draft. drawn in favour of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Bhopal Circle, Bhopal

A demand draft of Rs.50000/- as a security deposit.

License fee Rs.50000/- per day per monument (other than World Heritage Monuments) in form of Demnd Draft. drawn in favour of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Bhopal Circle, Bhopal.

A demand draft of Rs.10000/- as a security deposit (For other than World Heritage Monuments).

Purpose and script of the film.

The name and two passport sized photographs of cameraman.

List of equipments.

List of crew members.

If the applicant is a foreigner, clearance letter from Ministry of External Affairs of India and particulars of passport of crew members and citizenship is essential and in case of filming of feature film by foreigner applicant clearance certificate from Information and Broad Casting Ministry is also required.
