Jali Mahal
Description
On a hill to the south of Sagar-Talao is seen a fine domed structure called Jali-Mahal. It is really a tomb of some noble, square on plan, with three arched openings on each side, which, except for the entrance in the south, are filled with screens carved in geometric patterns of Islamic style. Though there is no perforated screen or jail work here, still the building is popularly called Jali-Mahal apparently from the carved screen work mentioned above.
