Gond fort called Satknada and the tower on Rajghat called Shahburz and the temples therein

Description
This ruined fort is built of stone on a hill. It has three stories with a central court and large no. of rooms. It consists of a thick set of building without any grace or ornamentation, enclosing several dilapidated structures inside. The tower was a part of the fort but is isolated at present. it is built in the Islamic architectural . the Temple is built of old material and is in ruins at present.

Encroachment in the protected temple by a Brahman As per the revenue record, the land of monument at Mandla Fort has been mentioned in the name of state government. Therefore, the action for transferring the land in the name of Archaeological Survey of India has been initiated. After transferring the land, the action for removal of said encroachment will be taken. No action had been taken by the District Authorities. Not transferred. The case for transfer of land is in progress. Again Instruction has been issued to C.A.-I, Jabalpur to contact with Nazul Officer, Mandla for necessary correction for entry of temples land in revenue record in the name of A.S.I. with free from encroachments As per District Collector (Nazul) office, Mandla's letter dt.11-02-09.
